Canna CalMag Agent, 5 litres
- increases the EC value in soft water
- prevents deficiency symptoms
- improves nutrient uptake
- highly concentrated
Canna CalMag Agent was developed to increase the content of calcium and magnesium in soft water. In this way, the electrical conductance (EC value) of soft water is increased and the absorption of nutrients is greatly improved. Canna products are optimised for an EC value of 0.4."Normal" water has an EC value of 0.4 to 0.7 and contains calcium and magnesium as well as bicarbonate, which stabilises the pH of the water and makes calcium and magnesium available to the plants.
Soft water and reverse osmosis water do not have sufficient amounts of calcium and magnesium. However, magnesium and especially calcium play a very important role in the plant's metabolism and its healthy development.
In case you are dealing with very hard water, reverse osmosis is recommended to bring the EC value of the water to 0.0. Subsequently, the EC value can be adjusted to the optimal value of 0.4 with the CalMag Agent.
Advantages of the CalMag Agent
An optimised EC value of the water has several advantages. Deficiency symptoms are effectively prevented and the ability to absorb nutrients is noticeably increased. The plants become stronger overall and develop high-quality flowers.
Canna CalMag Agent is highly concentrated and ensures a more efficient use of nutrients.
Instructions for use:
Canna CalMag Agent is highly concentrated and should be dosed at a rate of 1 ml per 1 litre of water.
The EC value of the water should be determined precisely before use, we have various EC meters in our range for this purpose.
