Correct a pH value that is too low with ease.
The pH value stability in the nutrient solution or irrigation water is crucial for your plant's ability to absorb nutrients. If the pH value is too high or too low, it can inhibit nutrient uptake and cause deficiencies. Therefore, it is advisable to regularly test the pH value using a suitable measuring device.
A pH value that is too high is most frequently encountered during the flowering phase. During this time, the plant's roots give off acids as metabolic products. If this is the case for your plant, you can easily correct the pH value with the help of Canna pH+ Potash.
To do this, add 4ml of Canna pH+ Potash per 100 litres of water and stir well. Then, test the pH value. You can repeat this process as often as needed to reach the desired pH value.
Please take care when handling Canna pH+ Potash. Potash is an irritant and should not come into direct contact with the skin. Wear protective gloves and safety goggles.
Note: recommended pH value: 5.2 to 6.4
