When you dry your harvest, it is important that fresh air always reaches the individual plant parts. Good air circulation effectively prevents mould and ensures gentle drying, which preserves the aromas of herbs and ensures a pleasant taste. You can stack several racks on top of each other and thus process larger quantities. There is then approx. 13 cm of air between the individual racks - space enough for sufficient air flow. If you don't need the drying rack, you can dismantle it in a few easy steps and store it to save space. You can also clean the net very easily in this way.
