The activated carbon filters from Kailar are equipped with end caps made of cellulose. The advantage over conventional ceramic end caps is that the finest carbon dust particles are intercepted and thus do not enter the respiratory tract. The filling of high-quality coconut activated carbon filters the smoke very effectively and significantly reduces the pollutants it contains. Active substances, however, pass through the activated charcoal filter unhindered, and the overall smoke flavour becomes milder and tastier.
