The housing and inner workings of the new Whisperblower fans have been extensively redesigned, enabling Prima Klima to achieve a 2.5-fold reduction in noise emissions. The PK tube fan Silenced WHSP EC & Temperature Controlled has a maximum air flow of 800 m³ per hour and features a 125 mm flange.
Extensive control options
This tube fan is equipped with a temperature control including an external sensor (wired). You can therefore set a temperature at which the fan increases its speed. The maximum speed can be set via a control dial, as can the minimum speed. This has the great advantage that you can run the fan at low power most of the time and thus create a slight negative pressure in the grow box - odours cannot escape uncontrollably. Only when the temperature exceeds a set value does the fan increase to the preset speed. By limiting the speed upwards, you can also use this powerful fan in smaller grow boxes and have an even quieter exhaust system.
Quality motor and sturdy housing
The energy-efficient EC motor from EBM-Papst is extremely robust and durable, Prima Klima states the service life at around 80,000 hours - enough for lots of indoor grows! The housing is made of very high quality UL 94 nylon and is shatterproof and resistant to most cleaning agents and disinfectants.
Increased air circulation and improved dynamic pressure
Thanks to a perfectly coordinated housing shape and blade geometry, an increase in air circulation of up to 40 % has been achieved. Due to the optimised design, the Whisperblower is able to overcome up to 20 % more dynamic pressure (generated by pipe lengths, bends, etc.).
