Amazon Pay

With Amazon Pay, you pay using your Amazon account. Your password or payment information will not be shared with us by Amazon. Your eligible purchases are protected by the A to Z Guarantee.

Immediate transfer is a new, innovative method of payment with TÜV certification and TÜV certified transaction security.

Immediate transfer effects an automatic and real-time transfer in your online bank account. The purchase amount is thus transferred immediately and directly to the bank account of the retailer.

Generally, you can use the immediate transfer as a payment method if you have an active online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure. Please note that immediate transfer is not available with a few banks.

PayPal

The payment amount is debited directly from your PayPal account. Debit The payment is debited from your bank account.

Credit card Pay with ease using your Visa or Mastercard, without your credit card details being passed on to the vendor.

giropay Log into your online banking system directly from PayPal and carry out an online bank transfer there.

Pre-payment (bank transfer)

You can transfer the invoice amount in advance to our bank account. Our banking details will be provided to you during the purchase process in the shopping basket and in the order confirmation.

Please state your order number on the transfer form.

As soon as the payment has gone into our account, you will receive an email and the order will be released for dispatch.

Cash on delivery

You can also order using the cash on delivery payment method. Please note that you will pay for the goods directly upon delivery (payment to the postman).

Payment on delivery involves a collection fee. Our collection fee is €5.85. In addition, you will be charged a delivery fee (postage charge) of €2, which must be paid directly to our dispatch partner DHL (postman) upon delivery.

Payment by cash on delivery is possible only for orders of €50.00 (minimum order value) or more, and is only available to customers in Germany.

We reserve the right to send you an email in the event of a cash-on-delivery order with the request that you confirm your order bindingly by replying to the email.

Credit card

When paying by credit card, the invoice amount is first reserved on your account upon placing the order and is only debited after dispatch.

For payment, you will need your name, credit card number, the expiry date and the card verification number. You will find this 3-digit verification number on the back of your card.

A SSL protocol will be used to encrypt your data for all processes, e.g. in the transfer of your data.
