Powerful lamps such as the EVO series from SANlight should be dimmed when your plants are growing or when propagating cuttings. Since you also save electricity when dimming, the use of dimmers makes twofold sense.
Latest mesh technology for range and extensive function
With the new Bluetooth dimmer, you can now do this in an extremely modern and convenient way with your smartphone (currently with Android and iOS). The SANlight Mesh app allows you to create different lamp groups and to control individual lamps. The control takes place in 1 % steps from 0 - 100 %, whereby the dimmer is supplied with power by the lamp. If you use several dimmers, they communicate with each other and thus increase the range of the Bluetooth signal.
High network and functional security
To ensure that no one else influences or even sees the dimmer network of your Indoor Grow, you can switch it to Stealth Mode after pairing and make it completely invisible to other Bluetooth devices. If you get a situation where your smartphone is not working, you can still manually adjust the power of your EVO 3, 4 or 5 with the magnetic key (included). The dimmer is waterproof according to IP65 and works contactless via magnet. So you don't have to worry about wear and tear or corrosion
