The fibers come from the dried digestate of a biogas plant that only processes organic cattle manure. That is why this mulch is completely organic and certified according to the EU Eco-Regulation.
A layer of Sonnenerde organic fiber not only prevents the soil from drying out, but also supplies your plants with this important nutrient through its high nitrogen content. When spreading, a slight smell of cattle manure may be noticeable, but this quickly disappears. Since the bio-fiber consists mainly of unprocessed straw residues, it is particularly easy to apply.
This is how you use Sonnenerde Biofaser Mulch
Apply a 2 to 3 cm layer to the substrate. Make sure you cover every corner of the growing area.
