The 650 gram UGro Coco Brick Small Rhiza is suitable for all types of plant cultivation, whether indoor or outdoor. With the addition of approx. 3 litres of water, up to 11 litres of the best coco substrate can be produced. The UGro Coco Brick Small Rhiza is the ideal medium for all short-term and seasonal growing cycles.
Enriched with mycorrhizal fungi
The UGro Coco Block Small Rhiza consists of 650 g of finely granulated, pressed and high-quality coco semolina with only a small amount of fibre. The substrate offers a high water storage capacity and thus requires relatively few watering cycles. The block is additionally enriched with Endomycorrhiza. These ensure an improved supply of nutrients and moisture through the roots of the plants. They also make the plants more resistant to diseases and pests.
Peat-free and environmentally friendly
All substrates in the UGro product range are produced entirely without peat, are biodegradable and therefore highly environmentally friendly. Disposal is also correspondingly natural and simple. The substrates used can easily be disposed of in the compost, the organic waste bin or in the vegetable patch. UGro sources its raw materials from Indian coconut plantations in the interior of the country. As a result, the substrates have a consistently low EC value or salt content. Pre-treatment with a buffer solution keeps the levels of potassium and sodium in the substrate to the necessary minimum.
Good buffering properties
UGro's substrates deliver the best results from the growth phase to flowering. The UGro Coco Small Rhiza has the same buffering and fault-tolerant properties as soil or soilless substrates, but can be used just as well as a substitute for rockwool or the like.
