The way TightVac’s patent sealing system works is as simple as it’s absolutely brilliant. When you push the TightVac lid down, the air is pressed out of the container, creating an almost complete vacuum. In this way, the contents stay dry and aromatic, and keep fresh for up to 3 months longer.

TightVacs function using a 2-way valve that slowly drains off evaporation but never allows air or humidity to find its way in. Since the stored product can still breathe, TightVacs do not keep the odours 100% sealed up. TightVac containers are manufactured from BPA-free plastic, which makes them excellently suited for safe, healthy storage of foodstuffs and herbs of every kind.

And, of course, the robust TightVacs also lend themselves particularly well to keeping light-sensitive contents undamaged.
